Amanda Mendiola

Amanda Mendiola currently serves as Head of Recruiting & Operations at Rundoo, where responsibilities include building and managing a team of Operations Leads in the Philippines and overseeing operations, finance, recruiting, and HR from April 2023 to June 2024. Previous experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Gordian Software from November 2021 to April 2023, at Talentdrop from November 2020 to November 2021, and at Farm Inc. as a Landscape Architecture Intern from January 2018 to June 2018. Earlier experience also includes a corporate marketing internship at Max's Group Inc., where a sustainable marketing plan was developed. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from De La Salle University and a Graduate Diploma in Landscape Studies from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
