Andrew Beckman

Andrew Beckman is a software engineer with experience in both full-stack development and mobile application development. Andrew has worked for Apple, Anova Culinary, and is currently a Co-Founder & CTO at Rundoo.

At Apple, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern in 2016, where they created content for Swift Playgrounds and implemented changes to the Swift programming language documentation.

From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Anova Culinary as a Software Engineer and Director of Engineering. As a Software Engineer, they led full stack software effort for greenfield projects, and rewrote existing iOS and Android applications in React Native. As Director of Engineering, they managed a team of full-time engineers and contractors, drove alignment between the management and engineering teams to make key technical decisions, and assisted with hiring contractors to augment the full-time engineering team.

Currently, they are a Co-Founder & CTO at Rundoo.

Andrew Beckman attended International High School from 2009 to 2013. Andrew then attended Stanford University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Symbolic Systems. In 2016, they also attended the University of Oxford for a Tutorial in English Literature.
