Debby also held the position of Regional Director of Independent Living Activities and Special Events at Runk and Pratt Senior Living Communities since November 2015, overseeing multiple senior living communities and upcoming projects. In addition, they volunteered at Lynchburg Community Prayer since 2002, coordinating various prayer events. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of The James River Conference Center from March 2005 to August 2015.
