Egor Borushko

Egor Borushko has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. From 2005 to 2006, they were the General Manager of Pushkin in Britain, where they were responsible for senior event management and facilitating Russian-British cultural ties. From 2006 to 2009, they were the Sales & Marketing Director of Green School Bali (Green Camp), where they were responsible for Green Camp Bali and assisting Green School marketing initiatives. From 2009 to 2013, they were the Marketing & Programs Manager of Single Market Events, where they were responsible for partner promotion campaigns, new partner sourcing, marketing collateral mass distribution, live presentations, and audience building through direct marketing. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Assistant to Country Director for Russia at Adzuna. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Founder of CUSHTI LTD, where they created a premium accessory made with vegan leather and anti-radiation technology. From 2016 to 2017, they were the International Growth Manager of Time Doctor, where they were responsible for entering international markets, localising the cross-device app, website and blogs, channel partnerships, content & advertising, foreign language SEO strategy, crowd marketing, conversion optimisation & sales. Since 2017, they have been the Co-Founder and Producer of Running Remote, where they are focused on growing the remote work community and raising awareness around how the future of work IS remote work through this annual conference.

Egor Borushko completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business from the University of Westminster between 2004 and 2008. Egor also completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business from IPAG Business School between 2005 and 2006.
