Jessica Footz

Jessica Footz is an experienced customer service professional with a background in various roles across the hospitality and retail industries. Currently employed as an Online Sales Customer Service Representative at Running Room Canada INC since February 2018, Jessica handles customer inquiries and assists in the shipping department. Previous positions include serving as a Floor Supervisor at Jack Axe Inc, where Jessica contributed to the development of procedures and client instruction, and multiple roles in guest services and support at establishments such as Coast Hotels, Best Western International, and Decore Hotels. Jessica also has experience as a Poll Clerk for Elections Canada and Alberta and has worked in data entry at Service Canada. Jessica holds a Hospitality Management Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, completing studies in 2012.
