Jerome Ajot

Jerome Ajot is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at SONIFI Solutions, Inc. since June 2024. Concurrently, Jerome holds advisory roles at Haystack Solutions and RunSafe Security Inc., focusing on talent identification in cybersecurity and reducing cyberattack vectors, respectively. Previously, Jerome worked as Senior Director of Delivery Management at EPAM Systems, managing multiple project deliveries, and as Head of Software Engineering at Cloudreach, where a restructuring effort significantly enhanced product responsiveness and capabilities. As Vice President of Engineering at Cloudistics, Jerome advanced on-prem Cloud solutions and facilitated investment growth. Jerome’s early career included impactful roles at Red Hat and the National Institute of Standards and Technology, where contributions were made to railroad communication systems and self-driving vehicle algorithms. Jerome holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Université Bourgogne Europe.
