Michael Ciesielski has extensive experience in engineering and project management across various roles and industries. Currently serving in Strategic Projects at Runway Safe since September 2023, Ciesielski previously held leadership positions including President and Operations & Facility Manager at Runway Safe Inc from March 2020 to September 2024. Prior experience includes working as Facilities & Manufacturing Engineer at Zodiac Arresting Systems - Safran, Inc. from 1989 to February 2020, and positions such as Construction Manager at Premier Concrete, Inc., Project Civil Engineer at Joseph Paolino & Sons, Inc., and Project Civil Field Engineer at Steel Structures Erection, Inc. Ciesielski began the professional career as a Field & Lab Technician at Valley Forge Labs.
