Anna Chalon

Anna Chalon is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Currently serving as Head of People at Runway since May 2022, Anna previously held the position of Senior Director of Talent and DE&I at Frame.io, an Adobe Company, from December 2021 to May 2022, after joining Frame.io as the 50th employee and contributing to its growth to 300 employees by the acquisition. Anna's earlier roles include Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Percolate Inc., Director of Recruiting and D&I, and Talent Acquisition Associate, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams, high-volume recruiting, and implementing processes. Anna's career also includes experience as a Marketing & Talent Coordinator at Unilever and public relations assistance at the French Embassy/The Standard Hotels. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and participated in music programs at Berklee College of Music and London Music School. Notably, Anna is also a singer-songwriter, having released an album under the stage name "KIDDO."
