Kyle Stanten serves as a Member of the Success Staff at Runway starting in May 2025. Prior to this role, Stanten accumulated extensive experience in customer success management positions at Cloudflare from September 2020 to May 2025, and tray.io from April 2019 to August 2020. Stanten's tenure at Microsoft spanned from March 2016 to January 2019, focusing on digital transformation for Corporate and Enterprise customers as a Customer Success Manager within the Global Black Belt team, collaborating with product teams, and working with C-level executives. Stanten began a career in customer success at Xamarin from July 2014 to March 2016, after early roles in promotional and administrative capacities at XL Recordings, Intraware, and Oakwood Athletic Club. Stanten holds a BA in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, obtained in 2013.
