Glenn M.

Glenn M. has a wealth of work experience. Glenn began their career in 1999 as the Head Martial Arts Instructor at Shiptons Martial Arts Academy, where they developed class planners and curriculum for a program that specialized in training children between the ages of 4 to 6. In 2004, they became an Instructor at the American Taekwondo Association, where they were responsible for assisting and leading classes for multiple ages of students in between classes, as well as developing a new weapons program for an advanced membership program. In the same year, they began working at KGR as a Business Development Manager, helping entrepreneurially minded men and women develop supplemental or safety net income through an e-commerce venture. In 2007, they joined Enterprise Holdings as a Business Rental Sales Executive, overseeing a book of business of over 200 different companies and organizations. Glenn went on to become an Account Executive overseeing all of Western PA, and also held roles as a Branch Rental Manager and Assistant Branch Rental Manager. In 2021, they joined Runwise as Head of SDR, responsible for hiring, training and managing colleagues that work to deliver current customer outreach and creating new customer leads. Glenn has developed the department from the ground up and has created a scalable entity to further company expansion.

Glenn M. attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a B.S. in Human Resources and Leadership. Glenn also earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Virginia Tech during this time.
