Gena Cuba

Gena Cuba is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience across various roles and organizations, including serving as Executive Director at The Nucleus Group and currently at Firsthand, where Gena directs initiatives focused on underserved communities. Gena's design expertise spans from Flex Designer at IDEO to Design Researcher for UNICEF and Creative Director at Guggenheim Partners. Additionally, Gena has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Master's in Branding Program at the School of Visual Arts. Gena holds a Master's degree in Branding from the same institution and has engaged in various design internships and volunteer roles throughout a career dedicated to impactful design and brand strategy.
