David Foley

David Foley has a strong background in the mortgage industry. David started their career in 2000 as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Homestead USA and worked there until 2005. David then joined Assurafirst Financial as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer for a year before transitioning to US Bank Home Mortgage, where they served as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Stonegate Mortgage Corporation as a Senior Manager, overseeing the Indianapolis South Region and focusing on mortgage originator recruitment. In 2015, they moved to Ruoff Home Mortgage, initially holding the position of Vice President and Branch Manager before being promoted to SVP, Area Manager. In this role, they oversaw origination and recruitment efforts across multiple offices and led sales growth in the territory.
