Andrew Mbabazi is a skilled professional with extensive experience in information technology and registration services. Currently serving as a Registration Officer at the National Identification and Registration Authority in Mukono District, Andrew facilitates the registration of citizens for national identification cards and manages the registration of births and deaths. Concurrently, Andrew holds the position of Senior IT Officer at All Round Consult Uganda and serves as a Data Analyst for Ruparelia Group, analyzing website and social media performance concerning revenue generation. Previous roles include Senior IT Officer at BDE Consults, IT Manager (Volunteer) at Liraccoe, Systems and Web Manager at Masterlinks Uganda, ICT Officer at St. Andrea Kaahwa Comprehensive Schools, and Computer Instructor at St. Theresa Little Way. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Mbarara University of Science & Technology and completed high school at Mukono High School, specializing in Literature, History, Economics, and Divinity.

He has since overseen the inception, development and success of over 20 Ruparelia Group businesses in various sectors, with early business activities concentrating on developing foreign exchange facilities in Kampala. With the support of a professional management team, all Ruparelia Group companies continue to expand and develop under the guidance of the Chairman. The Group motto, "Serving to Grow and Growing to Serve" aptly describes Ruparelia Group.
