Carey Baker

Carey Baker is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in strategic planning, performance management, and marketing. Currently serving as Chairwoman at Array since July 2021, Baker also consults for Scout & Cellar, a company focused on sustainably produced food and beverages, since March 2019. Previously, Baker held the role of President and CEO at ProRecruiters from March 2008 to November 2021, overseeing strategic planning, contract management, HR processes, and business development.
