Guilherme Baumworcel

Guilherme Baumworcel has had a long and varied career in the financial and accounting industries. Guilherme began their career in 2007 as an Accounting Intern at Grupo Icatu SA. In 2008, they moved to Deloitte Brasil as a Consultant. In 2010, they were promoted to Assistant Controller at Grupo Icatu SA. In 2011, they moved to PwC as a Tax Manager. In 2014, they became a Partner at Infis Consultoria. In 2016, they founded RAZAK18, where they served as CEO and Founder. In 2020, they joined Ibmec as a Professor of Startup Financial Management and the Founder Institute Rio de Janeiro as a Leader. Currently, Guilherme is the CEO and Founder of GoRupee | Ágil Assim, a technology solution for accounting, taxation and payroll control.

Guilherme Baumworcel has a background in accounting and finance. Guilherme began their education in 2012 when they were appointed as a Professor Convidado at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. In 2013, they became a Professor at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they taught accounting and finance. Guilherme also holds a degree in Ciências Contábeis from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
