Derek Ham

Derek Ham has over 25 years of experience in various roles within real estate and property management, currently serving as a Real Estate Agent specializing in land and ranch sales at Ruple Properties since September 2021. Prior to this, Derek worked at Whitetail Properties as a Land Specialist from January 2017 to September 2021. Derek's career also includes positions such as VP at Stone Flooring Surfaces and Project Manager at Lyn Tile, Inc., as well as a managerial role at Virgin. Derek holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, completed between 1985 and 1990.
