Terry Kosmowski

Theresa Kosmowski (Egloff) is a seasoned finance professional with diverse experience in accounting and customer service. Currently serving as a Controller at Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC since April 2019, Theresa's roles have included Accounting Associate and Finance Support Specialist. Previous positions encompass a Leasing Assistant at TF Cornerstone, Travel/Fill-In Barista at CUPS, and Head Manager/Table Server/Barista at Hamilton's Bakery. Additional experiences include supervision at Urban Outfitters, touring as an actor/director for Missoula Children's Theatre, and teaching Irish dance at Chadwick Bay Academy. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the State University of New York at Fredonia and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Rochester's Simon Business School.
