Brian Windley

Brian oversees all landscape management operations at the Toughkenamon, Pennsylvania branch. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within his region as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. He has over years 25 of landscape industry experience, including four years at Ruppert. He is a certified professional horticulturalists (CPH) and certified landscape technician (CLT) and holds a degree in applied sciences.
