Christopher Hernandez has a diverse work experience in customer service and technical support roles. Christopher began their career in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance. Christopher then worked as an Actor at Line Teatro for a brief period. In 2014, they returned to Teleperformance and became a Trilingual Customer Service & Technical Support Supervisor. Christopher Hernandez started their education journey in 2008 by participating in a leadership development program with Rotary International. In 2009, they attended Colégio Marista De Natal, RN, where they served as an exchange student ambassador for México. After completing high school, Christopher went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2014 to 2019. During their time there, they obtained additional certifications, including the JUMP Certificate from Teleperformance in June 2015, the Club Premier Training in October 2014, and the 1Source Training in March 2013. In 2012, they also enrolled in another Bachelor's Degree program at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, specializing in Economics and Business Management.
