Irena Duskazijeva has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Irena is currently working at Ruptela as a Customer Relationship Management/Salesforce Consultant since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Yara International as the Europe Supply Chain Team Lead for Customer Service and Transport Management from January 2019 to March 2021. From March 2014 to January 2019, they held the position of Head of Customer Care Department at Schneider Electric. Irena started their professional career at YKK as an Assistant General Manager from July 2007 to June 2008.

Following this, they studied at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2002 to 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Irena has pursued various certifications throughout their career. Irena completed the "Sucessful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" course from Coursera in September 2021 and the "Digital Marketing and Data Driven Analytics" course, also from Coursera, in June 2021. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in "Leadership 360 Feedback" from the Center for Creative Leadership. Irena also completed the "Leading a Team" program offered by Yara International in June 2020.

Further certifications include the "MBTI Interpretive Report" obtained from The Myers-Briggs Company in June 2019, the "Effective Internal Audits" certification earned in May 2018, and the "ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 - The Requirements and the Application of the Standards" obtained in the same month and year. Irena participated in the "Create Loyal Customer - Program" conducted by Schneider Electric in May 2017. Lastly, Irena completed the "How We Cooperate?" training program at the ISM University of Management and Economics in April 2014.
