Mohamed Younes

Mohamed Younes has a diverse range of work experience starting with their role as a Sales Engineer at Ruptela in 2016. In this position, they were responsible for preparing technical presentations, discussing equipment needs with customers, and collaborating with sales teams.

In 2019, Mohamed progressed to the role of Senior Support Engineer at Ruptela, where they managed firmware and hardware developments, participated in meetings with developers and product owners, and provided feedback on hardware and firmware issues. During this time, they also temporarily covered the position of Target & VIP Support Engineers Group Manager, leading and mentoring the technical support engineers team and monitoring queues.

Prior to their time at Ruptela, Mohamed worked as a Support Analyst for Freight Management at CEVA Logistics in 2015. Mohamed coordinated with stakeholders and global IT teams to address and resolve outstanding process and system issues, provided IT support for new implementations, and ensured system continuity.

In 2011, Mohamed started their career at Vodafone as a Support Call Center Representative. Their responsibilities included delivering service and support to customers, processing information, and analyzing and evaluating symptoms to determine the issue.

Mohamed Younes received their Licentiate degree in English Language literature, Pedagogy & Education from Alexandria University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Mohamed later pursued a Pre-Master's diploma in the Implementation of IT and technological tools in the educational process at the same university, completing it in 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Mohamed obtained an IT Management Diploma from ALISON - Free Online Learning in October 2014. Mohamed also earned a Web Development Challenger certification from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Egypt in May 2022, and a Front End Testing Nano-Degree from Udacity in August 2022.
