Thomas Sloma Jr.

Thomas Sloma, Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Thomas started their career at Monsanto, where they held leadership positions in sales and marketing. During their time there, Thomas achieved the prestigious "Master Salesman Award" and played a pivotal role in launching "Roundup Ready Seed" technology. Thomas then joined FASTSIGNS as President and Franchise Owner, where they successfully managed and grew two high-volume locations. Thomas continued their entrepreneurial journey by transitioning to the agriculture industry, working as a Crop Insurance Specialist at Farm Credit Services of Mid-America. Here, they effectively managed and retained crop insurance accounts, consistently adding new net acres each year. Thomas then progressed to Farm Credit Mid-America, where they held key positions such as Vice President of Crop Insurance and Senior Vice President of Financial Services. In these roles, they led teams, directed business growth, and set corporate strategies. Currently, Thomas serves as the Regional Vice President of Consumer Lending for Rural 1st®, a division of Farm Credit Mid America.

From 1984 to 1989, Thomas Sloma, Jr. attended The Ohio State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics.
