Rod Siemers

Mr. Siemers brings over 20 years of financial and M&A experience to RBI. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. Subsequently, he held positions of increasing financial and management responsibility with Aquila, Inc., including 4 years as an ex-patriot in Auckland, New Zealand. Mr. Siemers has significant experience in all aspect of finance, syndicated debt facilities and initial public offerings.

Most recently, Mr. Siemers was Chief Financial Officer of Everest Connections, Aplus.net/Codero and Windjammer Communications.

Mr. Siemers holds a BS with highest distinction in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.
