Lisa Fought

Lisa Fought serves as the Senior Manager of Training and Technical Services at Rural Community Assistance Partnership Incorporated (RCAP) since November 2020, where responsibilities include the development and coordination of national training programs and curriculum design. Previously, Lisa held various positions, including Clerk for the Village of Pellston, Senior Rural Development Specialist at GLCAP, Fund Developer/Grant Writer for the Women's Resource Center of Northern Michigan, and Economic Development Coordinator at NEMCOG. Lisa possesses substantial experience in grant writing, project management, and technical assistance, with a proven track record of collaborating with funding agencies to support rural utilities. With a Bachelor's degree from Alma College and further education at the University of Aberdeen, Lisa has a well-rounded background in administration, writing, and community development.
