Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at RCAP comprises the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, Chief Programs Officer, CEO, and Chief External Affairs and Policy Officer. This team is responsible for setting the strategic direction, ensuring financial stability, overseeing program implementation, and managing external relations and policy advocacy to fulfill RCAP's mission of enhancing access to essential services and economic opportunities in rural communities across the nation.
