Matt Simon

Matt Simon has over two decades of experience in software development and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Compliance Team Lead Software Developer/Architect at RCIS: Rural Community Insurance Services since 2007, Matt leads compliance initiatives while leveraging extensive technical expertise. Previous roles include Sr. Software Test Automation Engineer at Shavlik Technologies (2005-2006) and QA Analyst positions at both Dexma (2004-2005) and Eastman Kodak (2002-2004). Matt also worked as a contractor with BenchmarkQA during the same period as a QA Analyst and began a career in software testing at Tricord Systems from 2001 to 2002.
