Justin Braegelman

Justin Braegelman began their career in 2006 as a Geek Squad at Best Buy. In 2007, they joined Rural Computer Consultants, Inc. as an IT Support Manager. In this role, they worked with many aspects of IT from the end user to internal staff, including Active Directory Services, Spam filtering, Software installation and troubleshooting, Web development, Virtualization, server and desktop computer administration, printer and router support, firewall maintenance, phone and smartphone support, security updates and patches, hosted applications and services, LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet and intranet systems, and system performance evaluation and modification.

Justin Braegelman attended Alexandria Technical and Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a CTSS in Information Technology.
