Ryan Martin, PMP, CSM, has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the information technology industry. Ryan has held positions such as Director of Information Technology and IT Services Operations Manager at Rural King Farm & Home Store, VP | Business Systems Manager at Busey, and Sr. Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager at Rehrig Pacific Company. Ryan also has experience as an Implementation Consultant/Sr. Business Analyst at Aplicor and as an IT/Systems Administrator at Bill Smith Auto Parts. Earlier in their career, they served in the US Navy as an Aviation Administrationman before transitioning to an IT role. Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated strong analytical skills and a commitment to adding value through innovative systems and alliances.

Ryan Martin, PMP, CSM completed their education at the American InterContinental University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems. In addition to their degree, Ryan has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including PMP (Project Management Institute) in 2012, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) from Scrum Alliance in 2014, and Mastery of Business Process Design from FCB Partners in 2015. Furthermore, Ryan also holds a certification in Systems Administration from the US Navy, which they obtained in 2002.
