Terry Janes

Terry Janes has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector, primarily with Rural Minnesota CEP Inc. Terry started as a Job Search Instructor in 1985 and later transitioned to the role of Operations Specialist in 1991. In this role, they designed services, developed policies, and conducted training sessions to meet operational objectives. Terry then became the Director of Operations in 2006, overseeing the organization's day-to-day activities. In 2015, they took on the position of Program Development Specialist at Rural MN CEP, Inc., where they remain currently.

Terry Janes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education/English Major from the University of North Dakota.
