Siromani Mortha (Simi)

Siromani (Simi) Mortha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance, currently serving as Manager/Lead Software Quality Assurance at Rural Mutual Insurance Company since November 2022. Prior to this role, Mortha worked at the Department of Children & Families for 15 years, where responsibilities included serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst-3 and Program Team Lead in QA. Additional experience includes consulting as a QA Consultant at American Family Insurance and working as a QA Analyst for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Mortha holds a Master of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from Andhra University, a Bachelor of Education in Biology/Biological Sciences from Nagarjuna University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from S.K.B.R. Degree College.
