Katie Vincent

Katie Vincent is a dedicated campaign manager and leadership specialist at Rural People's Voice, focused on empowering local leaders in rural North Central Washington. As the founder and marketing director of tending alive, Vincent has developed a Land Stewardship Training program that emphasizes ecological literacy and community engagement. With extensive experience in academia, Vincent has served as an adjunct faculty member at Bastyr University, teaching courses in organic horticulture, grantwriting, and horticultural research, as well as contributing as a lecturer at the University of Washington on plant identification and native ecology. Previous roles include grant coordination at Tilth Alliance and horticultural leadership at NW BLOOM EcoLogical Services, showcasing a commitment to sustainability and environmental education. Vincent holds a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from the University of Washington.
