Welcome to Rural Staffing Services.

Rural communities are the backbone of America. When leadership roles go unfilled in hospitals, clinics, schools, and local businesses, the entire community feels it.

Rural Staffing Services was founded by Stephanie Senger with a simple belief. Rural communities deserve a better way to connect with the people who help them thrive.

Today we work closely with rural hospitals, critical access hospitals, and healthcare organizations across the United States to introduce experienced leaders who understand the realities of rural healthcare. Our approach is built on relationships, transparency, and a deep respect for the communities we serve.

But our vision is bigger than healthcare alone.

Over time, Rural Staffing Services is working to build a platform that supports the full workforce needs of rural communities. From healthcare and education to local businesses and essential services, we believe rural towns deserve visibility, connection, and sustainable ways to attract great people.

We believe rural opportunities should be transparent. Communities should be celebrated. And the people who serve rural America should feel proud to be part of something meaningful.

Together is how rural survives. Heart is how it thrives.

If you are a rural organization looking for leadership support or a professional interested in serving a rural community, we would love to connect.
