Keith Gross

Keith Gross is currently the Senior Director of Operations and Customer Service at Rural Telecommunications of America (RTA). Prior to this role, Keith held the position of VP Operations - Owner at Southern Broadband, LLC and Managing Partner at 3rd Coast Internet. With previous experience as a Project/Process Manager at Sprint Corp. and Operations Manager at Spherion, Keith has a strong background in managing business operations and customer service.
