Bill Mullett is an experienced construction professional with over 20 years of industry expertise. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Ruscilli Construction since March 2007, Bill has previously held the role of Project Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Bill worked at Turner Construction Company from June 2001 to February 2007 as a Superintendent/Project Engineer. Bill holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron.

Ruscilli Construction Co., Inc. originated as a specialty contractor and has since evolved into a full-service organization offering in-house preconstruction, program management, construction management, design/build, general contracting, trades contracting, and construction consultation services. This is supported with state-of-the-art estimating, value engineering, scheduling and information processing technology. The firm was organized in 1945 by Louis G. Ruscilli, Jr., who was shortly joined in the company by his father, Louis Ruscilli, Sr. The firm was incorporated in Ohio in 1959. Now in its 4th generation of family ownership, the company continues to flourish under the leadership of Robert A. Ruscilli, Jr. (Tony), Principal-In-Charge and Louis V. Ruscilli, CEO.
