Clarence Clay is an experienced construction industry professional with a background in project management, estimation, and leadership. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Ruscilli Construction since November 2022, Clarence previously held the position of President at Red Tails Transport, overseeing a micro fleet of auto haulers. Prior roles include Project Manager and Estimator at Ruscilli Construction, National Project Manager at Rabine Paving America, and Estimator positions at Henderson Contractor's Corporation and Cahill Construction. Clarence holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Systems Management and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from The Ohio State University, completed in 2008.

Ruscilli Construction Co., Inc. originated as a specialty contractor and has since evolved into a full-service organization offering in-house preconstruction, program management, construction management, design/build, general contracting, trades contracting, and construction consultation services. This is supported with state-of-the-art estimating, value engineering, scheduling and information processing technology. The firm was organized in 1945 by Louis G. Ruscilli, Jr., who was shortly joined in the company by his father, Louis Ruscilli, Sr. The firm was incorporated in Ohio in 1959. Now in its 4th generation of family ownership, the company continues to flourish under the leadership of Robert A. Ruscilli, Jr. (Tony), Principal-In-Charge and Louis V. Ruscilli, CEO.
