Frank Pinciotti has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Executive at Ruscilli Construction since June 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing multimillion-dollar projects across various sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, and education. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Senior Project Manager at Messer Construction Co. from November 2013 to June 2017, and before that, worked as a Project Manager at Turner Construction Company from June 1987 to November 2013. Frank's expertise encompasses project management, cost control, engineering, and equipment procurement. Frank holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati, obtained between 1982 and 1987.
