Jason Johnson's work experience includes a variety of roles in the food service industry. Jason began their career as a Server/Bartender at Cheeburger Cheeburger in 2008 and worked there until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Jason worked at Beau Jos Pizza as a Line Cook/Server and later as a Supervisor. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Front Range Sales Agent at Vail Resorts. In 2016, Jason joined Rush Bowls as a Manager, where they assisted in opening the first franchise location and helped train and manage the Denver store. Jason then became a General Manager, overseeing operations and conducting assessments at Rush Bowl franchises. Currently, Jason holds the position of Director of Operations at Rush Bowls, where they have implemented a training program for the company's franchising efforts.

Jason Johnson attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Environmental Studies. Jason also received a certification in Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) from Duolingo in December 2015.
