Matthew Turner

Matthew Turner is a forward-thinking risk professional with a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University. They began their career as a cashier at Chick-Fil-A and HEB before transitioning into risk management roles at Whataburger, where they served as Risk Management Coordinator and Advisor from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Matthew is the Director of Risk Management at Rush Enterprises, Inc., and has previously managed fraud and risk for TaskUs in the Americas, EU, and Africa, collaborating to foster a risk-aware culture across multiple regions. Their experience includes developing risk awareness training and driving strategic initiatives to mitigate various forms of risk.
