Mike Reichardt

Mike Reichardt is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in payor contracting and network management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Payor Contracting at Rush Health since January 2023, Mike has held senior roles such as Regional Director of Contracting at Prime Healthcare, where responsibilities included managing payer relations across six states, and Senior Director of Network Relations at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing crucial partnerships with national pharmacy chains and health clinics. Additional experience includes leadership positions at HCSC - Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna-HealthSpring, and UnitedHealth Group, where Mike demonstrated expertise in developing network strategies, managing contracting operations, and negotiating complex agreements.
