Roger Shores

Roger Shores is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business management and consulting. As the Founder of Life 4.0 since January 2018, Roger provides advisory services in various leadership capacities. Roger also serves as an Advisor for Pacha Soap Co. and GiveTide, and has been a prominent Executive Board Member and Chairman of the Board for Chicago Youth Centers since 2008. Roger's previous roles include Board Member positions at mHUB Chicago and Rush Health, as well as significant executive positions at The Marmon Group and Illinois Tool Works, where responsibilities included P&L management and strategic growth across multiple sectors and global markets. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
