Kristin Burda has extensive experience in the field of physical therapy. Kristin is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at RUSH Physical Therapy since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at NovaCare Rehabilitation, where they held various leadership roles. From June 2016 to December 2020, they served as the Vice President of Operations, responsible for creating an environment that aligns with the company's values and exceeds customer expectations. Kristin also evaluated market opportunities and implemented initiatives to improve and expand operations.

From May 2007 to May 2016, Kristin Burda worked as the Regional Director of Operations at NovaCare Rehabilitation, where they supervised outpatient centers in the Chicago market. Kristin was responsible for managing the financial performance of the market and centers.

Before their role as Regional Director, they served as the Manager of Clinical Operations from June 2004 to May 2007. Additionally, Kristin Burda gained experience as a Center Manager and Physical Therapist at NovaCare Rehabilitation from February 2000 to June 2004. In this role, they provided physical therapy treatment to a high volume of runners and established a video gait analysis tool. Kristin also managed the downtown Chicago location and served as the market CCCE from 2001 to 2007.

Kristin Burda pursued their education in the field of physical therapy, starting with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan in the years 1993-1997. Following this, they proceeded to Northwestern University, where they obtained a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree between 1997 and 1999. To further enhance their expertise, Kristin pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at Simmons University from 2004 to 2006.
