Steven Axtell

Steven Axtell serves as the owner of Oneplus Performance Academy since January 2024 and has been the Head Soccer Coach at State University of New York College at Cortland since January 2012, responsible for the overall management of the men's soccer program. In addition, Steven holds positions as the Regional CAP Director at Rush Soccer since June 2021 and as an Associate National Staff member with NSCAA since April 2011. Previous roles include ownership of Get Out, a personal training business, from January 2021 to February 2024, and a position as Goalkeeper Coach for Region 1 ODP from April 2013 to February 2024. Steven founded and directed One+ Soccer, overseeing various programs from November 2010 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes working as an Exercise Physiologist at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca in late 2011. Steven holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from State University of New York Cortland.
