Fox, Jr., President and CEO of Rush Solutions, is a former law enforcement officer with over 25 years of experience in criminal investigations, safety and security audits, program management and implementation.  Leveraging this experience, Robert employs diverse techniques and strategies to meet client needs – building trust and offering peace of mind.  Robert is an Illinois licensed Private Detective and holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration.
