David Ottosen

David Ottosen has a strong background in the gaming industry, with their most recent position being Head of Delivery at Rush Street Interactive since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Engineering Manager at the same company from July 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Rush Street Interactive, David worked at The Stars Group for nearly 18 years. Their roles included Delivery Manager: Customer Experience Features from June 2017 to June 2021, Product Owner: Customer Engagement and Retention Features from July 2015 to June 2017, Regional Marketing Specialist: Canada from January 2012 to June 2015, Director: Online Customer Payments Support from April 2010 to January 2012, and Senior Manager: Operations Team Customer Support from February 2003 to June 2011.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in product ownership, marketing promotions, customer support, and team management.

David Ottosen attended the University of Alberta from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Learning the OWASP Top 10" from LinkedIn in March 2022, and "Scrum Master Certified (SMC)" from the Scrum Alliance in December 2019.
