Lani Millsap

Lani Millsap is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in compliance and regulatory roles. Currently serving as Licensing Compliance Manager and previously as Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Rush Street Interactive since May 2021, Lani has developed a strong background in managing compliance processes. Prior to this, Lani held the position of Treasurer at Brown Township from October 2019 to March 2023 and worked as a Compliance Specialist at Blarney Castle Oil Co. in early 2021. From December 2000 to September 2020, Lani was an Executive Assistant focused on vendor licensing for the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, with responsibilities including tracking, processing, and conducting background investigations on vendor licenses. Earlier career roles include positions as a Travel Consultant at AAA Washington and Office Manager at Ambassador Travel. Lani holds an Associate's Degree in Business with a Concentration in Management from Baker College of Muskegon.
