Todd Handzo Cams

Todd Handzo, CAMS has extensive experience in the gaming industry. Todd started their career at Gaming Laboratories International, LLC in 2007, where they held various positions, including Senior Technical Compliance Engineer and Senior Client Services Representative. In 2019, they joined Churchill Downs Incorporated as the Sr. Director of Compliance, and they held this role for three years. Currently, Todd serves as the Director of Regulatory Compliance at Rush Street Interactive.

Todd Handzo, CAMS, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice (Law & Judicial Process) from Stockton University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Prior to attending Stockton University, Todd briefly studied Computer Science at Towson University from 2002 to 2003.

In addition to their educational background, Todd Handzo has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Todd is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), having earned this certification from ACAMS in April 2023. Todd also holds certifications in Trading with Technical Analysis from the New York Institute of Finance (obtained in May 2022), Contract Law Certificate from HarvardX (obtained in March 2021), Key Gaming Employee from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (obtained in September 2020), Casino Employee Registration from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (obtained in September 2019), and Notary Public from the State of New Jersey (obtained in August 2017). Additionally, they have a CompTIA IT Fundamentals Certification from CompTIA (obtained in July 2016), and a Certified ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems Lead Auditor certification from the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (obtained in March 2013).
