Zachary Schlouch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zachary began their career as an Assistant Manager at Cold Stone Creamery, where they worked from 2011 to 2014. From 2012 to 2014, they also served as a Student Fundraiser at Ruffalocody LLC. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sportech.

In 2015, Zachary joined Temple University as a Student Tutor at the Nancy & Donald Resnick Academic Support Center, where they provided tutoring and mentorship to NCAA Division I student athletes until 2016.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked at NYX Gaming Group Ltd, initially as a Customer Support Specialist, where they assisted in launching customer support and payment processing functions for ResortsCasino.com and MoheganSunCasino.com in the New Jersey iGaming market. Later, they became a Customer Support & Payments Team Lead, responsible for overseeing customer support and payment processing teams. Finally, they served as a Customer Service Supervisor, managing a team of thirty agents and ensuring compliance with regulations imposed by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

In 2017, Zachary joined Rush Street Interactive as a VIP Account Manager, where they worked until 2019. Zachary then returned to Rush Street Interactive in 2020, this time as a Senior Sportsbook Manager. Recently, they were promoted to the position of Director of Sportsbook Operations in July 2022.

Zachary Schlouch completed their high school education at Governor Mifflin High School from 2008 to 2012, earning a High School Diploma with Distinction. During this time, they focused on studying Business and Social Sciences.

Following their high school graduation, in 2012, Zachary continued their education at Temple University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Zachary enrolled in a dual major program, studying Sport and Fitness Administration/Management along with General Business Studies. Zachary dedicated four years to their studies, and in 2016, they successfully completed their undergraduate degree at Temple University.

In addition to their formal education, in January 2015, Zachary obtained a Casino Employee License from the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement, further enhancing their qualifications in the field.
