Vamsi Kumar Kotla

Vamsi Kumar Kotla is the CEO and co-founder of Rush49, a company that provides deals on activities, events, and more. Vamsi has also served as the vice president of operations for K&S Construction Group from January 2015 to December 2021. In this role, they oversaw the construction operations for the company, including project teams, strategic direction, staffing, sourcing materials, and code compliance. Vamsi also enacted policies and procedures that ensured accountability, performance, and scalability. In addition, they marketed properties to prospective tenants, negotiated agreements with property management companies, directed budget development to achieve profitability targets, and ensured compliance with the City of LA’s rainwater harvest initiative.
