Rushford
Damon Bullock has extensive experience in case management at Rushford since August 2013, serving in various roles including Ambulatory Case Manager and Case Manager. Responsibilities include conducting client intakes for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and the Dual Partial Hospitalization Program (DDPHP), addressing client inquiries, providing an overview of case management services, and scheduling follow-up appointments. Prior to this role, Damon served as a counselor at Rushford Hospital. Damon holds an Associate's degree in Drug & Alcohol Counseling from Manchester Community College, earned between 1999 and 2011.
