Kathryn Halberg serves as the Director of Corporate Communications and Administration for Rushlight Ventures, LLC, Rushlight Assets, Inc., and Cornerstone Research Group, where responsibilities include managing communications, marketing, content strategy, and business administration across multiple companies. Previously, Kathryn held positions at Wright State University from 2007 to 2023, including Social Media Program Director and Sr. Writer & Editor, focusing on social media strategies and extensive content management. Earlier career highlights include roles as Health Care Digital Marketing Specialist at Family Tree Residential Assisted Living and Director of Marketing & Student Services at The Modern College of Design. Kathryn holds an MBA in Interdisciplinary Business from Wright State University and a BS in Communication Studies from Towson University.

Soon after forming the venture studio, leadership realized that CRG was not the only company grappling with transition and monetization difficulties, and RLV was spun off as an independent entity in 2021. Today, RLV successfully bridges the gap between RDT&E and commercialization through its seasoned team.
